A child cries across the shielded walls
A mother hushes the child cries in vain
A clock keeps taking the minutes away
A life is wasted or lived or unquestioned
A visitor enters my skull uninvited
A headache spreads like the plague
A thought follows another in my brain
A hallucination dances on my nerve cells
A dream was not meant to be
A girl lost in the high waves
A growing-up was meant to be on the way
A day after day becomes a cyclone
A visitor enters my skull uninvited
A headache swirls in my head like
A hurricane plucks my brain cell by cell
And leaves me brainless wreckage piled
