A new investigation opened
Another investigation starts
Many questions, no answers
Many run back and forth
Few stay still and observe
All absorbed in anticipation
An announcement is made
Another victory for status quo
Another revelation belittled
A wave after wave
Of protesting thoughts
The protestors march mute
Is it safe to stand?
My mother asked me once
Not now mother,
Too much traffic
With nuisance drivers
It kills to stand in the road
But it kills to pass by
And ignore, investigate that!
