Cycling to heaven

On the road to the mountain sanctuary
I met a priest
Or was he a monk?
A Buddhist monk guiding a goat
Or was it the other way around?
Perhaps there were two
Perhaps I met two
After all I was cycling at speed
They were driving
A soul in a tree
A wedge between two realms
I was lost
The explanations were confusing
Especially when they are conducted in silence!
I like my bicycle
A sense of freedom it gives me
And here in the sanctuary of silent beings
I await
The moment
When I am permitted
To stop
Being silent and
Cycle my way
All the way
To heaven.
